Join the Club – copy

We would love to have you join the Club!

In order to join NYOC, you need a sponsor who is a current member of the Club.  If you have taken classes with us, this could be your instructor.  It could also be a friend or relative who is a club member.  If you do not have a sponsor, come out to an event and meet some of the members. If this is not possible, email membership@nyoc.ca.  Our membership coordinator will get back to you to chat about why you would like to join the Club and what NYOC can offer you. The membership coordinator can also be your sponsor.

Junior membership is also available to those 16 years of age and younger.  We have a number of adults in the Club who started as junior members and carried on to participate fully in Club activities.

Membership Application Instructions

Remember, you can take our training classes without being a member of the Club! But, if you want to join, here is what to do:

  1. To apply to join the Club and to pay via Interac eTransfer, please download and fill out the NYOC Membership Application Form. (Be sure to download the file before you fill it out). Save and send the file via email to membership@nyoc.ca.  Payment can then be made using Interac eTransfer by clicking here.
  2. To apply to join the Club and pay via cheque, please fill out the NYOC Membership Application Form either online or on paper. (Be sure to download the file before you fill it out). Please send the completed form along with a cheque for the appropriate funds as outlined on the form.  Cheques should be made payable to NYOC and sent to: North York Obedience Club, Inc., Box 370 – 6021 Yonge Street, North York, Ontario, Canada, M2M 3W2.
  3. To apply to join the Club and to pay online using PayPal, please fill out the NYOC Membership Application Form. (Be sure to download the file before you fill it out). Save and send the file via email to membership@nyoc.ca.  Payment can then be made electronically using Mastercard, Visa or PayPal by clicking here.

 

Membership Renewal:

To renew your membership and pay using Interac e-Transfer click here. You do NOT have to send in a membership application but it helps if you send an email to the Membership Chair (membership@nyoc.ca) saying that you have paid online.

  1. To renew your membership by cheque, make the cheque out to NYOC and send it to:   North York Obedience Club, Inc., Box 370 – 6021 Yonge Street, North York, Ontario, Canada, M2M 3W2.  Please indicate in a note that the cheque is for membership.
  2. To renew your membership online using PayPal, click here.  You do NOT have to send in a membership application but it helps if you send an email to the Membership Chair (membership@nyoc.ca) saying that you have paid online.
